Our ski and bike storage room is located right at the entrance, where you can store your equipment during check-in and check-out (Kurparkstrasse 27).
You can pick up the key at the front desk: Take the elevator on the left to the -1 level for check-in, where you will receive your room key, which also unlocks the ski and bike storage room.
The tap water has excellent drinking water quality. In the room you will find filled water bottles, which you can refill with spring water at any time

In about 8 minutes on foot you are at the Gemmibahn or at the Torrentbahn. As a hotel guest you benefit from a 50% discount on the Gemmi cable car. You can get the ticket at the hotel reception. For the Torrentbahn you get a 10% discount when you show your guest card at the train counter.
By train and bus
Travel to Leuk by train (SBB). Afterwards the bus (LLB) departs from Leuk train station directly to Leukerbad, Albinen, Inden or Varen. The personal timetable can be created at www.sbb.ch.
By plane
After arriving at the airport, take the train to Leuk (SBB) and then continue by bus to Leukerbad, Albinen, Inden, or Varen. Zurich-Kloten and Geneva-Cointrin airports each have direct SBB train stations, while the stations at Basel-Mulhouse and Bern-Belp airports can be reached by shuttle bus.
